Viviana Romeo commenced her journey with Bear's Paw as the Member Services Coordinator in September 2019. In 2021, She was promoted to her current role as Director of Membership & Marketing. Viviana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication/Public Relations from Florida Gulf Coast University and brings a wealth of experience in customer service and sales to her role.

Hailing from Marco Island, Viviana is a genuine Florida native. In her free time, she takes pleasure in beach excursions with her husband, two children, and their cherished goldendoodle, Rosco.
