Born and raised in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, Stephanie moved to Florida in 2018 to attend Florida Gulf Coast University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree, followed by a master’s degree from the University of South Florida. Though she never imagined herself working in the golf industry (having never played the sport) Stephanie began at Bear’s Paw in January 2024 as a part-time employee and quickly discovered a passion for merchandising and the community of members. She transitioned to a full-time role in September 2024 and is grateful for the opportunity to continue growing in this field.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys board sports such as skateboarding, surfing, and snowboarding, as well as spending time at the beach, boating, exploring nature, and traveling.
