Richlyn was born in Atlanta, GA, and moved to SWFL to attend the Bonita Springs Charter Middle School. With Excellent grades, she was accepted at FGCU while still in high school and then transferred to UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management.

She graduated this past May with her B.S. on the President’s List for Academic Achievement with an additional Certificate in Beverage Management. She fell in love with golf as a toddler when she would accompany her parents to the golf course to play with the bunker sand. She lettered on the Estero High School Girls’ Golf team for 4 years. The team achieved a state ranking.

Her affinity for hospitality came when she started her first job as a Hostess at a local club at just 16 years old. From there, she continued to work at local clubs in various roles throughout high school and college, including The Colony in Bonita Springs, Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge in Orlando, and Quail West in Naples. Her passion for the industry spurs her dream of one day becoming a General Manager. She’s grateful for the opportunity to work for one of SWFL’s most esteemed clubs, Bear’s Paw, and looks forward to meeting all the members.
