Originally from Central New York, Paul was in the United States Army Reserves before relocating to Florida in 2005. He attended Le Cordon Bleu, Orlando Culinary Academy, earning his Culinary Arts Degree.
Paul worked in various restaurants and hotels before realizing his true passion is in private clubs here in Naples. He previously held the role of Sous Chef at Orlando's Adriatico Trattoria restaurant, Executive Sous Chef at Audubon Country Club, and Executive Chef at Pelican Isle Yacht Club. He is thrilled to take on the role of Executive Chef here at Bear's Paw.
Paul is currently an active board member of the American Culinary Federation, where he became a Certified Executive Chef and has earned multiple medals in competition cooking. He is active in educating future chefs through demos and career guidance in Estero and Collier County schools.
Paul lives in Bonita Springs with his wife, Renee, 9-year-old daughter, Myronova, 7-year-old son, Kaelum, and a house full of animals. He enjoys golfing, culinary excursions, traveling, and spending time with his family
