Nathan's journey in the turf industry has been marked by his passion and dedication. His career started at a young age, at 16, when he joined the grounds crew of his hometown golf course in Hudson, WI. This early exposure fueled his interest in turf and golf course maintenance.

Upon relocating to Florida, Nathan found a position as an irrigation technician at the Royal Poinciana Golf Club in Naples. His hard work and commitment paid off, as he was eventually promoted to the role of Assistant Superintendent. This role involved overseeing various aspects of golf course maintenance and management, collaborating with the Superintendent to ensure the course's overall health and playability.

To further his knowledge and expertise in turf management, Nathan pursued education at Penn State University, where he studied Turfgrass Management. This educational background provided him with valuable insights and skills required in his profession.

Nathan's commitment to excellence in turf management is evident through his multiple certifications in best management practices for Florida golf courses. These certifications cover a range of topics related to golf course maintenance, environmental stewardship, and sustainable turf management.

Outside of his professional life, Nathan resides in Fort Myers with his fiancée Gracie, both of whom hail from Wisconsin. He enjoys all things outdoors, including hunting, fishing, and spending time with his friends and family.
