Greg Pawlas

Sous Chef

Greg Pawlas joined Bears Paw in September 2019. Greg was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He received his degree in the culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America in New York City. Greg has previously been a chef around the Naples area for over two decades at clubs such as Royal Poinciana, Naples Sailing and Yacht, and The Moorings to name a few. During his time at Royal Poinciana, he received the ACF chef of the year award and the Culinarian of the year award. In Greg’s free time he is an avid cyclist, most days biking over forty miles. Make sure you keep eye out when driving around in the early mornings!
