Lucas Muzzey grew up in Gainesville, Florida and moved to Southwest Florida in 2016 to attend Florida Gulf Coast University. Lucas graduated from FGCU this past spring with a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Golf Management and Hospitality Management. Lucas started playing golf at the age of 12 and began working in the golf industry when he was 14 years old. Lucas interned at Ridgewood Country Club in Connecticut as well as Country Club of Naples and Glen Eagle in Naples.
Lucas joined the team at Bear’s Paw in September 2019 as our Second Assistant and was elected to the PGA of America as a Class A-8 member in June 2020. He was promoted to the  Lead Assistant position in October 2020.
