Viviana was born and raised on Marco Island, Florida. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Public Relations from Florida Gulf Coast University. She has a lot of experience in customer service, sales & marketing. On her free time she enjoys going to the beach with her husband, 2 year old son and her golden doodle Rosco Rascal.
