Gillian Kogan joined Bear’s Paw in November 2021. She was born and raised in Ridgefield, Connecticut. She received her degree in the culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Gillian has done everything from smoking BBQ in Colorado to becoming a Private Chef for a small family in Port Royal. Before joining Bears Paw, she was most recently the Executive Chef at The Pearl in North Naples. If you cannot find her at work just go to your local beach and you may stumble upon her soaking up the sun and catching a tan.
